West African Mali carved "Aduno Koro" or "The Ark of Nommo" wooden box. This ‘ark of the world’ represents a mythical boat (known as an ark) sent by Amma to reorganize and populate the Earth.
Height: 11 in x width: 6 in x depth: 30 1/2 in.
Condition: Some small chips and signs of general wear throughout.
