Antique American pewter teapot of pear-shaped form. Similar in style to Queen Anne period vessels, popular during the early 18th century. With carved wooden handle. Etched initials along the interior of lid. Stamped "H. I." and marked "X" along the underside.
Height: 5 in x width: 7 3/4 in x diameter: 4 1/2 in.
Condition: There are dents and small losses throughout. The spout has been repaired. The handle is loose. Some scratches and tarnishing. Wear to the underside.
