Royal Haeger Pottery, Illinois. Pair of art pottery ceramic bookends in the form of rams’ heads, ca. 1930s-1940s. Executed in a vibrant oxblood or mulberry glaze.
(Each) Height: 5 3/4 in x width: 5 in x depth: 4 1/4 in.
Condition: No major breaks or losses. Light crazing. Small loss to the glaze, possibly a firing flaw, along the underside of one. Three felt pads along the underside of each.
