Jugtown, North Carolina. Art pottery ceramic stoneware bowl with burnt orange slip, ca. mid-20th-century. Impressed mark along the underside.
Height: 3 in x diameter: 9 1/4 in.
Condition: There are chips along the rim, varying from minute to moderate size, including one loss measuring approximately 3/4 inch in length. Crazing throughout. There are some small areas along the interior where the glaze has flaked. Some wear to the footrim.
